March 14 Cars&Coffee San Antonio

In the Spring Drive topic there was a side discussion of a few folks (Randy - aka Lone Star Mini, Bruce Kennedy, myself) going to the March 14th C&C in San Antonio.

Is this still on?  Would folks like to meet somewhere before or after?

I can be there in either the Marcos or "Miss Ruby".

edit: I did also "ping" the Dashpots (San Antonio classic Mini group) to see if they are going.

Weather may be an issue. At this point it looks like rain for Saturday early morning.   If the forecast continues to show that then I won’t be taking my Mini there.   However I’m open to a meetup on Saturday- I’ll drive my regular car.

Is the car show only from 7:30 to 9:30?   If so, that’s an early morning for us, but my family and I plan to be there

One online forecast says 40% chance of rain most of the day, the other says 20% in the afternoon.

I have been told the Dashpots are planning to go depending on the weather as well.

As far as I know, the 7:30 to 9:30 time is correct.  They have to clear the parking lot as the park is open during Spring Break.

I am also game for any sort of meetup/hangout after.

Yes, it is apparently cancelled as of today.

When I checked yesterday, it had not been cancelled.

Bummer.  I was looking forward to meeting you.
