Coolant flush & fill kit

Has anyone used a flush in fill kit like this:

specifically in a 998?

That's just to clean it out?  I read the description but am slightly confused.

yes, it's an inline tap for the heater hose to attach a garden hose to.

I was told that my radiator has no drain.

Ah.  I've never used anything fancy.  A garden hose in any of the hoses including heater hose off the block is all I've ever done to flush.
