Sedan to Estate?

I really would like an Estate.  But hard to find.  I was wondering if any has given a thought about converting a sedan to a estate?
I have never restored a Mini, but seems to me that it would take roof, floor, sides and rear doors. And of course lots of work. and other bits.
what do you guys think?

Or how cool would it be to put just the barn doors on the back of a mini!
