The next job I need to do on my Mini is to finish stripping down the radius arms, and it looks like the best way to take care of it is with a slide hammer blind hole bearing remover.

What can you recommend for this job, and any other pertaining to the Mini? What size slide hammer is suitable? Looking for something in the "home garage" quality and price range.

Thanks

I couldn't get them out with my slide hammer, so I just use a long drift and knock them out from the other side - easy peasy. The tool you need is the reamer, cause the new bushings have to be reamed to size - Dan has the reamer.....

I do it like Dave does. Never had luck with a slide hammer.  Required tool only I have in the entire mini galaxy.  Someone should make these things.
