There is one area that looks like it might have something, but I will have to sand it to see.

Sometimes a little oil or WD40 on it and a magnifying glass will let you see it if you don't want to sand it.

All I can make out is 69 which would make it a MK II if it is a year. The other stamps are just too faint.

Just to follow up, I got the bushing and went back to the alignment shop.
I made sure the owner/expert was there this time. He is an older guy(younger than me though) who has alot of experience.

He checked it over and felt that there was not enough wear to be concerned about. So some extra trips for me, but I would rather be safe than sorry. The shop had a TR4a IRS and a Sunbeam Tiger in for work along with a number of other interesting cars, so I am pretty confident in the work.

Did find an issue with rear camber, but I will make another post for that.
