I hear that!

Taking a break will recharge your batteries. You're in the home stretch on the green S, when you get back you can make that final push and get it rolling out the door.

Good old foam from a variety of seats to pick from.  The key is pulling the covers tight to give a nice feel.

Wow - they look really great!

Speaking of interiors, is it a given that fitting the folded bottoms of the storage compartments (I think I heard the Binky blokes call them "companion bins") requires major surgery?  The ones I received from MiniSport only vaguely reflected the actual contours of the compartments - off by a substantial %.

MiniDave

You're talking about the vinyl covered cardboard inserts?

The seats look fantastic!   So are the covers the ones you mentioned from a local guy?  Or are they Newton ones?

Simon from Halls interior @ gmail.  He's in the UK and who I've used for years.  Priced right too.

Yeah, those can be a PTIA......

Glad to see Dan making some more progress on the '66....after so long you just want it out of the shop! Now he's closing in on it, just about a million little details to finish.

Yes please make this car go away.  I'm a slave to it.  Door handles, various hardware, trim, and seats in.

Starting to look like a real car again!

Dan, what's your opinion on the flip front on this?

You've done some strengthening mods to it, how does it compare to the conventional setup?

94touring

I don't like flip fronts and never will!

Haven't posted any updates in awhile.  Finally got this front end sprayed and have minimal work on my end to do.  Handing it over to Dave to finish electrical when he's done with the inno.
