Brand new, pulled out of the packaging to see what it even was.   The black carpet also has two new pieces not shown that fit a wagon/traveler.  Sedan versions shown.  $25 each plus shipping.

Is there a cutout for a floor start on either one? Although my carpet is new it is kinda marginal. Edges aren't bound very well.

Is it molded carpet and is there a piece of the black carpet that goes on the toe board.

It's not moulded and the black carpet doesn't have a toe board piece.
